The Supermoon Lunar Eclipse

Did you see the super red moon last night?

The super red moon (a spectacular view) was visible in Nigeria, UK, US, France among other countries in the world last night (27/09/15), the phenomenal event is rare (predicted year of next supermoon eclipse is 2033) and amazing so I guess it’s sort of a big deal.

What is a Supermoon Lunar  Eclipse?

The super moon lunar eclipse is what we see when a full or new moon appearing 14% larger in diameter (as a result of it’s closeness to Earth) passes directly behind the Earth into it’s shadow (this gives the moon a red tint), and thus the name ‘super red moon’.

From my point of view
From my stand point I see (hear) the world marvel at the awesomeness of this moon, and I wonder if anyone else is wondering:
‘if the moon can be this amazing, then how great, and how powerful is the creator?

Indeed your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, and then He Istawa (rose over) the Throne (really in a manner that suits His Majesty). He brings the night as a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly, and (He created) the sun, the moon, the stars subjected to His Command. Surely, His is the Creation and Commandment. Blessed be Allah, the Lord of the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)!
(Q 7:54)

It is He Who made the sun a shining thing and the moon as a light and measured out its (their) stages, that you might know the number of years and the reckoning. Allah did not create this but in truth. He explains the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for people who have knowledge. (Q 10:5)

Allah is He Who raised the heavens without any pillars that you can see. Then, He Istawa (rose above) the Throne (really in a manner that suits His Majesty). He has subjected the sun and the moon (to continue going round)! Each running (its course) for a term appointed. He regulates all affairs, explaining the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail, that you may believe with certainty in the meeting with your Lord. (Q 13:2)

And from among His Signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Prostrate not to the sun nor to the moon, but prostrate to Allah Who created them, if you (really) worship Him. (Q 41:37)

Allah Akbar (Allah is the greatest)

Each time you see the moon, or the sun, or a beautiful flower remember your lord who has created them, marvel at his Majesty and know that he’s able to do all things.

God is the light everlasting!!!
